In this video, Tomasz Czuczak, the Secretary of the City of Koszalin, Poland, addresses how the city seeks to make a difference for local communities and businesses through public procurement. He also highlights what Koszalin has learned through the Making Spend Matter URBACT Transfer Network and how the city has adapted and transferred the principles from the Good Practice developed in Preston, United Kingdom, to develop a public spend analysis methodology and progress public procurement practices and processes.
