Gen-Y City Kick off meeting in Poznan
The Kick off meeting will be an interesting opportunity to get to know other participants of the project. The partners will present themselves, their cities and, what is most important, they will try to identify main problems and challenges which the cities face. The aim of the workshops is to work out the solutions and find activities which are the most advantagous for cities. The Kick off meeting will also comprise communication, project management and financial sessions.
The Kick off meeting will take place in the Concordia Design. On October 28th the participants will present themselves and their cities. The leader of the project will present its main idea. The representatives of the cities will present main problems they face in the city management and will try together with the coach to work out the solutions to solving them. There will also be a workshop concerning creating the Local Group. The participants will have an opportunity to see the incubator and talk to its representatives. On October 29th the partners will work on communication, project management and financial aspects of the project. They will also work on a baseline study together with the expert.
