This is the final event of the KAIRÓS project to be held in Mula, Spain.
KAIRÓS is an URBACT Action Planning Network dealing with heritage as urban regeneration involving the cities of Mula (ES), Sibenik (HR), Ukmerg (LT), Cesena (IT), Heraklion (EL), Belene (BG) and Malbork (PO). The aim was to build a solid integrated approach resulting in the five-pillar KAIRÓS model - Space, Economy, Attractiveness, Social Cohesion and Governance - which has proved to be useful in driving forward urban planning.
Now the KAIRÓS journey is coming to an end, it is time to harvest the achievements and fine-tune the final products, but also to discuss the difficulties encountered along the way, the road ahead and, ultimately, the way forward.
We therefore intend to make the meeting as dynamic and lively as possible, combining different types of sessions and activities - keynote speeches, presentations, short films and exhibition, parallel workshops, round tables, and site visits.
In addition, we would like to share this with anyone - city professionals, public authorities, experts and academics - who would like experts and academics interested in cultural heritage to participate in this onsite event in Mula and Lorca taking place from 26 - 29 April 2022.
