Learning objectives:
By the end of this workshop participants will:
•Understand the different levels of involvement in decision making and the factors to consider when determining which to use;
•Experience applying the levels of involvement in a work situation;
•Understand the elements of an effective agenda and clear desired outcomes;
•Practice crafting desired outcome statements.
