Learning objectives:
By the end of this workshop participants will:
•Understand the significance of building alignment/agreement in leadership;
•Be aware of the distinction between content and process in the context of building alignment / agreement;
•Understand the stages of a discussion and how to navigate successfully through each;
•Develop skills to build alignment and reach agreement and apply these in a practice meeting.
