During the congress, focused on renewable energy, energy saving and sustainable architecture, HOPUS Project will be introduced, as part of URBACT II Programme. It will be presented as a new method to reach a balanced and dynamic urban development, based on a network of close cooperation between cities and research centres, working together to build solutions to major urban challenges.
