Traditionally, we see mediators as people/organisations external to the conflict. What if it were done differently? If the center point of mediation were within the community itself?
Our new product, using the example of Birmingham, shows the lessons learned from testing the role of a mediator placed in a community. It represents an experimentation journey with this function and shows the advantages of this approach as well as the potential for replication.
