City to city project support visit to Apeldoorn

From 26 to 28 January 2011 CoNet partners from Alba Iulia, Liverpool, Sofia, Vaulx-en-Velin and Zabrze came to Apeldoorn to have a closer look at Apeldoorn's masterplan for the Zuid neighbourhood.
Among the projects central in the masterplan and discussed by CoNet partners are the Dok Zuid Neighbouhood Centre (picture) and the concept of Brede School or "community school" offering extra activities for children like sports and arts and training courses for their parents thus opening the school up to the community and the neighbourhood.
