Call for tenders for a mission of coordination, management and training for URBACT Local Support Groups

The URBACT II Programme is looking for a provider to achieve a mission of coordination, management and training for the URBACT Local Support Groups.
The URBACT Local Support Groups (ULSG) are one of the key innovations in the URBACT II programme that allow participative policy making at the local level. Each URBACT partner is required to set up a Local Support Group gathering the local stakeholders most concerned by the issue addressed by the project.
The provider shall:
1. Manage the ULSG members database;
2. Gain a qualitative understanding of the activities of the ULSG and report;
3. Provide methodological support to ULSG;
4. Organize networking, funding and dissemination activities of ULSG;
5. Organize training at national, sub-national or supranational for members of Local Support Groups.
Time-limit for receipt of the bids: October 24, 2011 at 5 pm.
