Call for tenders for the institutional communication for the URBACT Programme

The ACSE - URBACT Secretariat is looking for a provider for its institutional communication.
The contract aims at finding a provider in charge of adapting the communications strategy approved in 2008 for programme developments; adaptation, implementation, production and coordination of the communications tools and dissemination for the URBACT programme.
It is a purchase-order allotment contract including two lots :

- lot 2: strategic advice on institutional communications, particularly with regard to the dissemination of the results of the URBACT networks and the capitalisation products; the adaptation and implementation of the Internet strategy and other existing tools, the coordination of the www.urbact.eu site; the design and production of publications; if the case arises, drawing up a press relations strategy to be used in the various countries participating in the programme
