Call for tender: web development, maintenance and hosting services

29 June 2022The subject of this contract is the provision of web services to support the URBACT Programme. The contract is split in two different lots: maintenance and development; and hosting services as well as the management of the URBACT Secretariat messaging service.
URBACT offers users all over the world with the opportunity to deepen their knowledge on urban topics and other programme's co-funded initiatives. In this sense, urbact.eu has an average rate of 30.000 unique visitors per month, being the biggest URBACT digital channel for outreach and communication. Likewise, other independent platforms (Re-making the City, TechPlace or even Right2Housing) also help disseminating the programme's findings and policy recommendations. In order to best maintain and develop its web environment, URBACT is launching a tender (with two separate lots).
The submission of bids for this tender must include the following:
- An application package with administrative documents (either in English or in French).
- The required tender documentation, including a technical bid.
All call documents are freely available in French and in English (scroll down). Applications must be submitted via the state procurement platform (PLACE).
