Call for Assistance: Support to the URBACT IV Programme and Facilitation

26 April 2020URBACT is looking for a service provider to assist its secretariat to facilitate the exchange with the Programming Committee and to support the process of co-production of the URBACT IV Cooperation Programme.
The work to design the next URBACT IV programme (2021-2027) has been launched and a Programming Committee has been set up which is the main decision making body for the programming of URBACT IV. This committee is composed by representatives of the 27 Member States, Partner States (Norway and Switzerland), EC, Committee of the Regions, Council of European Municipalities and Regions, EUROCITIES, the proposed future Managing Authority and the URBACT III Joint Secretariat.
The selected provider will working closely with the URBACT Secretariat and its assistance for the drafting of documents. Tasks include:
- manage a collaborative online platform
- prepare and facilitate the online and physical Programming Committee meetings
