This webinar wants to be an occasion of exchange and interactive discussion about the benefits of Organic Farming on Health, Environment, and Climate. We have the opportunity to learn from the experience of the French researcher Denis Lairon, an expert in human nutrition and Director of the National Institute of Health and Medical Research (INSERM), who will enrich our meeting with insightful perspectives.
