Altea creates a website for the associations

The website’s purpose is to function as a meeting point between associations and citizens. Its creation is one of the lessons learned and achievements of the Volunteering Cities project.
Its creation is intended to empower the associations that are part of the ULG, providing them with a space where they are visible to the citizens and can share their work. There is a section for associations in general and also a specific section for URBACT associations who have preferential treatment compared to the others. This is to try to encourage the rest of the associations to join. This has met with some success as since the approval of the statutes, several other associations have contributed including the association for Civil Protection.
